Storing Note: remove from cardboard box and store in a semi-air-tight container at room-temperature. May also be placed in refrigerator. These cakes freeze well! To freeze, place uncovered in freezer for about 30 minutes. Then, wrap with plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag. To thaw, un-wrap and set at room temperature until thawed.
